About Elijah Dunlavey, CPT

About Me

I’m a lifestyle and physique coach focused on helping individuals build sustainable habits that improve their health, performance, and confidence long term. My coaching philosophy prioritizes consistency, structure, and evidence-based strategies to help clients optimize training, nutrition, recovery, and daily routines—not just for short-term results, but for lasting lifestyle change.

I hold 118 credit hours from the University of Connecticut and will graduate this May with a pre-medical Bachelor of General Studies, alongside formal academic training in biology, nutrition, and human physiology. I am also an ISSA Certified Coach and have successfully coached numerous clients in improving body composition, strength, and overall lifestyle structure.

As an athlete, I won my first bodybuilding show at 17, an experience that taught me far more than how to build a physique. It instilled the discipline, structure, and daily habits that carry over into every area of life—consistent training, intentional nutrition, quality recovery, and mental resilience. More importantly, it sparked my passion for learning and teaching. I value education just as much as results, ensuring that every client understands the “why” behind what they’re doing. My goal isn’t just to help you achieve physical progress, but to equip you with the knowledge and habits needed to sustain those results and live a healthier, more confident, and fulfilling life long term.
